Gift Guide for Him
Hi there! I took a quick break from the gift ideas but am back with a Gift Guide for Him. It was much easier to put together than I had anticipated. Yay! This guide has a range of ideas. Of course, I made it with the men in our family in mind so there is a little basketball, a little hockey, travel-related gifts, some clothes, some cooking, and, of course, some music themes involved.

Gift Guide for Him
Cassette Business Card Case- As I may have mentioned a time or two before, R loves retro music. We have everything from vintage record players to 8 Tracks to cassette players at our house. This would be a fun conversation starter to pull out at meetings.
Turntable Cheeseboard- How fun is this record player cheeseboard?!? There is even a hidden cheese slicer. Can you guess where it is? Again, this would be a great conversation piece and is very fitting given R’s love of records.
Cocktail Shaker- Since many of us have been perfecting our cocktail making at home, a shaker seems like the perfect gift. I love that this one can be personalized.
Map Glasses– We are hopeful that we will be able to visit some of our favorite cities in 2021. In the meantime, these etched urban map glasses are a classic addition to your cocktail hour. (These baseball park map glasses look fun too! And these etched marathon route pint glasses seem fitting for an after-race beer.)
Basketball Leather Luggage Tag- Speaking of sports fans and traveling, these luggage tags (and passport cases) are a great idea for your basketball fans.
Hockey Puck Opener– For the hockey fans in your life … these retired NHL hockey pucks get a new life as bottle openers. Choose your favorite hockey team from a pull down menu, and receive the puck/bottle opener complete with the game date and team name. There is even a hologram number that provides the game details online.
Musical Sleep Mask– The perfect way to unwind after watching an exciting game or when traveling, this Tune Out Musical Sleep Mask seems like an ideal way to fall asleep. Integrated headphones included.
Scotch Plaid Pajamas- What holiday wish list would be complete without a set of pajamas on it? These flannel scotch plaid pajamas fit the bill perfectly.
Ultimate Shave Set– Another seeming staple of holiday gift guides, this shave set by a company that has been around since 1851 is a top contender. It includes four favorites for energizing skin and reducing shaving irritation.
Slate Serving Board– I love this personalized King of the Grill slate board for those men in your life who love to grill. (Side note: R and I are not great at grilling, especially when entertaining. We get too distracted talking and end up with welllllll done meals. Our friends recently told us about this kitchen tool and it sounds like the solution to all of our burned meat issues- lol!)
Plaid Button Down- The holidays are a good excuse for me to stock up R’s closet with some new shirts! I bought some from Vineyard Vines shirts for Father’s Day, and they were a big hit! Since R loves a classic fit, this shirt seems like a sure thing.
Wool Mizzles- I think that these high tops made from renewable materials would make a great gift, especially as we head into this cold weather season. They also have a no slip grip, are designed to repel water, and are machine washable. Check, check, check!
Short, sweet, and to the point- That’s all for now!
