Gift Ideas for Her

Gift Ideas for Her: Beauty Department

My favorite clean cosmetics company just developed a perfume. With fragrances of musk and moss (and vanilla), I cannot wait to try Retrospect. Speaking of Merit, this 5-Minute Morning Routine kit would make a wonderful gift for someone wanting to clean up both their makeup and their routine. (Side note- I have guessed with colors and they are all so subtle that it has been difficult to go wrong. That said, I have the Beverly Hills Blush Balm and the Bounce Highlighter.)

Gift Ideas for Her: Kitchen Treats

I love a scalloped edge and these pinch pots are the most beautiful around. This is a perfect gift for someone who loves to cook (or someone who loves to make a kitchen pretty and sometimes cook). While we are talking about pretty things, this tea kettle is lovely. A welcomed addition to any kitchen! Last spring, we hopped into the Jenni Kayne store in Lincoln Park. These glasses immediately caught my eye. They feel significant!

Gift Ideas for Her: Cozy Up

Twenty timeless Parisian stores are showcased in this enchanting book. The perfect opportunity to cozy up and gather creative inspiration from the best! I can’t seem to quit paper books but if you are more with the times and read via a kindle, etc, these blue light glasses seem to be both functional and fashionable. Nothing says cozy more than a fabulous candle and this one is IT. Our friend introduced me to this scent and I cannot get over how absolutely good it is! After all of the holiday hoopla when thank you notes are in order, it is more motivating when lovely, letterpress stationary awaits. (There are several colors and patterns from which to choose, too!) Last year, I received a sweater as a gift from this company. I love it! This cardigan is another exquisite piece from the same place. It will keep you cozy, but you will want to get off your couch and show it off. I own two pairs of this wedge. I cannot get over how comfortable and stylish they are!

Gifts for Her: Accessorize

I’ve been wanting to stack bracelets lately and this gilded chain set is especially charming as we enter the holiday season. On the topic of jewelry, silver seems to creeping back into the jewelry scene and I fully support it. These triple curve huggie earrings are a great way to incorporate the metal making a comeback. And finally, who wouldn’t be happy with a slouchy bag. I love the chocolate color as we enter into our rich tones season.
