We currently have an 8 (almost 9) year old in the house. He has opinions. I’m hoping these gifts are not only approved by him but also by other 7-9 year olds too. Side note: my tween daughter will jump in on some of these activities we already own too. This list includes past tried-and-true favorites as well as new ideas. Powder Room Wallpaper
Good morning! I am so excited to share our Rylee + Cru Powder Room Wallpaper from Lulu & Georgia with you today. Finally! DISCLOSURE: This post contains affiliate links, meaning that if you click and purchase, I may receive some compensation. Thank you! Also… I don’t think this is meant to be bathroom wallpaper. I think it maybe even says somewhere that it’s not. But I loved it. And I had my heart set on it going in our powder room, which I decided wasn’t technically a bathroom since it doesn’t have a shower or bath in it.

Mackinaw Road: August Updates
Hi! Keep reading for some August Updates… (I can’t believe it’s already September!) I hope your August went well! It flew by for us, and I’m hoping to share some autumn styling soon. Until then, we will be soaking up all that summer has to offer! We spent the entire summer in Michigan and I’m not even a little bit mad about it. This is what we wait all year for and I am incredibly happy to stay put. That said, we are excited to be heading out East in September and I hope to finally be able to write another travel post for that.

Beach Cabin: Serena and Lily Bedding
The Serena and Lily Bedding arrived for the Beach Cabin and I couldn’t be more excited! Even the 8-year old said “Wow this is so nice!” which made me very happy and then a little apprehensive that I’ll soon find Doritos residue on it.
